These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website odyon.live and any related pages such as odyon.live/ai (collectively, the “Site”), operated by Miloš Ðurić PR IM Entertainment, Balzakova 62, 21000 Novi Sad, Serbia.

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Purpose of the Site

The Site presents:

• ODYON as an electronic music and live performance project

• information about releases, shows and audiovisual work

• early information about ODYON AI Studio, an AI-assisted visual creation concept for artists

Parts of the Site, including ODYON Studio, may be in beta or experimental phase and are subject to change at any time.

2. Eligibility

By using the Site you confirm that:

• you are at least 16 years old, or you use the Site with permission of a parent/guardian

• you will comply with these Terms and applicable laws

3. Intellectual Property

Unless stated otherwise:

• all music, visuals, text, logos and layouts on the Site are our intellectual property or used with permission

• you may not copy, redistribute, resell or use any content from the Site for commercial purposes without our prior written consent

You may share public pages and links to our content on social media or messaging apps as long as you do not misrepresent the source or modify the content to mislead others.

4. User Content

If you contact us, send files or participate in tests, you remain the owner of your original content. By sending it to us, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use it only for:

• communicating with you

• testing and improving ODYON Studio and related artistic work

• presenting the project in anonymised or aggregated form (unless we explicitly agree otherwise with you)

We will never sell your content as a separate product without a separate written agreement.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• attempt to hack, disrupt or overload the Site or our infrastructure

• upload or send content that is illegal, hateful, or violates third-party rights

• use any automated scraping or data-mining tools on the Site without our written permission

We may block access or take other reasonable measures if we believe the Site is being misused.

6. ODYON AI Studio (AI tools) – Beta Disclaimer

Any AI-assisted tools, demos or workflows described on odyon.live/ai are experimental and may:

• change frequently

• produce imperfect or unexpected results

• be temporarily unavailable

You are responsible for how you use any outputs in your own work and for respecting third-party rights (e.g. trademarks, likeness, samples, etc.).

7. No Warranty

The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee that:

• the Site will be available at all times

• the content is free from errors or omissions

• any AI-assisted output will fit a particular purpose

We may update or remove parts of the Site at any time.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

• any indirect, incidental or consequential damages

• loss of data, profits or opportunities

  arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or any experimental tools.

Your main remedy if you do not agree with the Site or these Terms is to stop using the Site.

The Site may contain links to third-party platforms (e.g. streaming services, ticketing, social media, AI tools). We are not responsible for:

• their content

• their terms or privacy practices

You use those services under their own terms.
